Tamarind 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 Cup
Water 1/2 Liter
Red Color 1 Pinch
Salt 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/4 tsp
Button Red Chilli 1 tsp (Crushed)
Corn Flour 1 tsp
Step 1: Take a pot and add water and add sugar and melt it on high flame. After that add Tamarind and cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame. After that strainer it and again put it into pot and add Salt, Ginger Powder, Button Red Chilli, Red Color and stir it and boil it on medium flame.
Step 2: Take a bowl add Corn Flour and add 2 tbsp water and mix it well.
Step 3: After boiled add this corn flour paste gradually and stir it and cook for 2 minutes on high flame with stir. After that Your Red Samosa Chutney is ready.
