1. Mutton – 400gm
2. Ginger garlic paste – 1 table spoon
3. Cinnamon stick – 1 inch * 9
4. Cloves – 1 teaspoon
5. Cardamom – 8 counts
6. Caraway seeds (Shahi Zeera) – 1 teaspoon
7. Broken wheat (Dhaliya) – 1 Cup
8. Split black Gram (Urad dal) – 1 table spoon
9. Split Pigeon peas (Toovar dal) – 1 table spoon
10. Split yellow Lentils (Moong dal) – 1 table spoon
11. Split Chick peas (Chana dal) – 1 table spoon
12. Basmati Rice – 1 table spoon
13. Mint Leaves – ½ Bunch chopped
14. Coriander leaves – ½ Bunch chopped
15. Green chills - 12
16. Oil – 1 cup
17. Ghee – cup
18. Salt – to taste
19. Onion – 3 Medium size fried
20. Dry rose petals – 3 table spoons
21. Black pepper – 1 teaspoon
22. Garam masala – 1 table spoon
