Cottage cheese or Paneer - 250 gms cut it into cubes
green capsicum - 3 cut them big pieces
onions - 2 cut them into big pieces
curd for marination - 150 gms
green chillies - 5-6
ginger - 2" ( 4 pcs)
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
mint leaves - 1 bowl
salt to taste
roasted chana dal powder - 1-1/2 tbs
turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
chat masala - 1/2 tsp
mustard oil - 1 tbs
cooking oil for grilling
heat 1 tsp oil, add cumin seeds, saute for 2 min until they turn brown, add ginger, garlic, green chilies, mint and fresh coriander. saute for 2-3 min. put the mixture in a blender , make it a thick paste.
take bowl, add curd, salt and turmeric, mix it well . add the green paste, roasted chana dal powder and rest of the ingredients to it. beat it well.
paneer , oinions and capsicum are to be marinated in the exotic curd mixture for 15-20 min. till they are well coated.
heat the electric pan or non stick grill pan and grease with oil. , keep the prepared skewers , fry from all sides till they turn golden brown.
serve hot with green chutney....
