This classical combination of palak and paneer on the dosa is a visual treat for eyes added to that is also healthy. Make and eat this dosa to feel young energetic and can never go wrong to try this dosa to anyone.
INGREDIENTS [2-3 PERSONS]
1.RICE - 100g
2.PARBOILED RICE - 50g
3.URAD DAL - 50g
4.METHI SEEDS - 1tbsp
5.CHANA DAL - 2tbsp
6.PRESSED RICE - 50g
7.WATER AS REQUIRED
1.In a bowl add rice, parboiled rice, urad dal, methi seeds, chana dal, pressed rice, water as required and mix well,
2.Then soak for 2-3 hours and grind into a smooth batter. Now ferment 6-7 hours.
3.On hot griddle sprinkle water and wipe, pour the batter & spread very thin, drizzle some oil. Now top up with garlic, garam masala, spinach paste, chopped paneer, butter, mix well and spread it, then mix and spread fresh cream, salt and cook.
4.Now fold & cut into two pieces
5.Enjoy amazing palak paneer dosa with coconut chutney & sambar.
