1. Language is the basis on which the states were re-organized in 1956 and onwards.  If there is any division, the basis should be defined before partition.

 2. Keeping in view, the previous conduct of Telangana People viz. mutiny of muslims in 1948 under the cover of Indian Army, 1969 riots on andhras, the safety of andhras living in telangana should have to be considered.

3. The advocates of Telangana, must claraify the reason for which they are asking paratition viz. under development, self respect, self rule and against whom they are fighting viz against the government or the people of andhra region.

4. If the partition is done, into how many parts the state of andhra pradesh is going to be devided.

5. What are connsiderations against the demand for Uttarandhra and Greater Rayala seema.

6. Any how, it is clear that the people of the andhra pradesh are not happy with the people living in the districts of West G odavari, Krishna and Guntur because no body claiming these districts to be included in their respective states that are going to be formed.

7. As the greater interests of these people involved in rest of the state, their safety and protection must have to be considered befre partition.  It is better to keep these three districts as union territory or special domenion under direct control of the centre.

8. Otherwise the people belonging to the orphan three districts viz West G odavari, Krishna and Guntur may be descriminated and their lives and properties are also may at risk.

9. A special authority must be appointed to settled their properties in other parts of the state like Evaquee propeprty administration authority and a safe passage may be assured to the people of these above districts in a respectable manner.  Otherwise, their belongings may be plundered and the country must face bitter experience of paratition of country days and great exodus of these sacrificing, and enterprising paople who worked hard for the building of powerful state of Andhra Pradesh.

10. The centre must not forget the people of orphan districts who supported the Congress Party since their existence.  The sweat and blood were present in every part of the nation.  Their sacrifices in national agitations and post independence conduct.

11. P.C. must prepare for a war at his home Sivakasi which is going to be an Andhra State in the comind decade.  Chidambaram will become a linguistic minority in his home town.  That is the power of Andhras, the fierce race on globe which fought for its self respect and honour
