Why Bothsa bats for separation? In a reversal of stand, Housing Minister Botsa Satyanarayana announced that he would welcome the bifurcation of the state. "Till recently, I did not want the state to be divided. But of late, I realized that districts like Srikakulam which has the lowest per capita income among the districts of Andhra Pradesh would develop only if Andhra region becomes a separate state. We will make either Vijayawada or Guntur as the capital of Andhra Pradesh." he said. But his hidden agenda for separation of state is to get more returns for the lands he recently purchased in Vizag, Vijayanagaram districts. After the severe pressure from the Telangana politicians and afterward incindents, he got realized that there is chance of state being broken in to parts. Immediately started acquiring the lands in Vizag Coastal belt where the real estate boom is picking up. After the Sri Krishna panel is declared, he had a rough sketch that he is having 8 MLAs from his district where 4 MLAs are from his home itself. So there is chance of being a CM if the state is divided and Uttara Andhra state is formed. As usual taking consideration of the profits on the real estate business in to mind, he invested lot of money and to get the returns now he wanted to woo the local people saying a few words in favor of Uttara Andhra State and sell the lands to biggies as a hot cakes.
