I am deeply anguished and ashamed of the behavior of the so called representatives of the people and political parties of my state of Andhrapradesh who have all with out exception surrendered their right to deliberate in the assembly and arrive at a consensus and instead entrusted the responsibility to find a solution to Smt. Soniaji in 2004. Soniaji on her part took almost 5 years and finally gave her nod to the formation of Telangana state .We have absolutely no right even to murmur not to speak of the violent protests/agitations that are going on now in A.P. All the political parties in A.P. have competed with each other in favour of Telangana in their election manifestos and aligned with TRS at one point of time or other but now indulging in political somersaults which is disgusting. Be that as it may some ground realities have to be taken into consideration. The people of Khammam district in general are not in favour of being part of Telangana. They prefer to be with the rest of Andhrapradesh. Likewise the Reddy community are not in favour of Vijayawada as the capital of rest of Andhrapradesh as it’s predominantly inhabited by kapu and kamma communities. Greater Rayalaseema is not economically viable but the slogan has been raised by the Reddy community due to their aversion towards Kammas. All the four districts of Rayalaseema and the adjoining Nellore district as well as khammam should be given a choice to choose between Telangana and the remaining Andhrapradesh.If Rayalaseema and Nellore are included in Telangana or in a composite state on the lines of Telangana&Rayalaseema it will be more geographically contiguous and shall also have a sea port at Krishnapanam which is otherwise not possible for the erstwhile Telangana. If the resolution is so worded then it can be passed easily in the assembly with out any problem. The remaining Andhrapradesh can have Rajahmundry as it’s capital as it’s centrally located between Visakhapatnam and the southern most tip of the would be state. Hyderabad should go to Telangana as it was the capital of Nizam’s Hyderabad state.We have no right to take the income from Hyderabad away from the proposed Telangana state which may not sustain it self with out Hyderabad. The people of Andhra region should concede Hyderabad as a compensation for not developing/neglecting the Rural Telangana districts all these years. Even late Dr. Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy in his private conversations used to nourish the concept of a composite state of Telangana & Rayalaseema if at all he was forced to concede to the demand of Telangana for various reasons beyond his control. Politicians like Erasu. Pratap reddy,N.Raghuveera Reddy,R.Chenga Reddy, M.V.Mysoora Reddy and Anam. Ramnarayana rEddy should collectively take the initiative and try to carve out a composite state of Rayalaseema&Telangana including Nellore district and excluding Khammam district which would be equally prosperous as the remaining coastal Andhra.

I don't think Telanagana will accept Seema. The main reason Telanganites hates the rest of Telugu people is their belief that they are taking away their jobs. I went through all the statistics (agricultural) and Telanagana is pretty much same as the rest of AP. In fact, the growth rate is much better for Telangana compared to the rest of AP except for Mahabubnagar district. It is not people of Andhra who concentrated the development of the rest of AP not just Telangana. The central planners, MLAs/MPs of Telanagana and Andhra, CMs all kept the development in Hyderabad because that is where they live and they were making crores and crores. Please don't blame common people of Andhra or Seema. They are as helpless as ordinary man in Telangana. There is not much industrial growth for the rest of Andhra/Seema making people to get out of that area for jobs. I have another proposal. Andhra and Telangana share the Hyderabad revenues for a period of 15 years (40:60 ration) until Andhra/Seema develop other sources of revenue and another capital in Vijayawada or Vizag. The Hyderabad will become fully part of Telanagana and please stop spreading hatred against your own Telugu brothers.

Telangana leaders who are afraid of the more resourcefulleaders of Rayalasema may not accept this proposal though it's acceptable toRayalaseema leaders.There was noneed for Soniaji toannounce the statehood for Telangana when the whole world is struggling with an unprecedented recession.It's better topostpone any further action on Telangana till 2014.Meanwhile the central government should revive the regional boards and declare Polavaram,Pranahita-Chevella and NTPC-BHELjoint venture near Mannavaram in Chittoor district as well as a seaport at ARMAGON(Durgarajupatnam) as national projects immediately to cool down the tempers and make the people see reason.
