Description

Mysore Bonda - Crispy on the outside, tasty on the inside!

Chef: Nehal Karkera
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cuisine: South Indian
Serves: 10-12 pcs

Ingredients:
300 gm Soaked Urad Dal
¼ cup Soaked Rice
1 tbsp chopped ginger
2 chopped green chillies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp grated coconut
¼ tsp black Pepper powder
¼ tsp hing
¼ tsp baking soda
Salt to taste


Method:
1. Soak the rice & urad dal for 2-3 hours, then grind to a smooth batter.
2. Mix the rest of the ingredients & form small bondas.
3. Deep fry in oil until golden
4. Serve hot with coconut chutney
5. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
