Chicken Dahi Kebab

Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cuisine: North Indian
Serves: 7-8 pcs

For Dahi Mixture
1 cup hung curd
¼ cup chopped onions
1 chopped green chillies
1 tsp chopped coriander
Salt to taste
For chicken mixture
For chicken mixture
400 gm chicken mince
1 ½ cup soaked chana dal
1 small cinnamon stick
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp chopped ginger
5-6 green cardamom seeds
500 ml chicken stock
1 egg

1. Boil the chicken with all the other ingredients except the egg.
2. Boil till all the water is evaporated & lentils are cooked.
3. Cool down the mixture & grind to a smooth paste.
4. Now prepare the dahi mixture, by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl & keep aside
5. Flatten out a small portion of the kheema mixture, add the dahi mixture & enclose them.
6. Pan fry till golden.
7. Serve hot with green chutney & sliced onions.
8. Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!
