I do intense workouts and I am careful with my diet. I eat a lot of proteins and I am so tired of protein shakes and meat. I ate way too much chicken for the past 6 months. So I created my own fried rice recipe:
200g chickpeas = 14g proteins
100g rice = 7,5g proteins
5 eggs (only 1 egg yolk) = 30g proteins
50g grilled shrimp = 9g proteins
100g mixed vegetables = 3g proteins
Half onion & butter
This recipe for fried rice is really good and it has an estimate total of 64g of proteins. I will eat this all day after my workout with fruit in between meals. Buon appetit ;)
