Learn how to make Malai Chicken Tikka at home from Chef Smita Deo on Get Curried.

Made with Fresh cream, coriander and chicken. It is one of the most loved chicken starter recipes. So next party make this creamy chicken recipe and surprise your friends and family. Do give it a try and let us know your experience in the comments below.

Ingredients:
3/4 kg Boneless Chicken, cut into pieces
400 ml Fresh Cream
10 - 12 Green Chilies, finely chopped
1 tbsp Garam Masala
Salt to taste
Coriander Leaves, finely chopped

Method of preparation:
Marinate the chicken with cream, green chilies, garam masala. Mix them well.
Add salt, coriander and keep it aside to marinate for 1 hour.
Put the marinated chicken in a hot pan and cook it on medium flame it till it's done.
Tip: Cook it till it's almost done and If you overcook, it becomes chewy.
Cover it with a lid and cook it.
Stir it occasionally so that it doesn't burn.
Once you dry it a bit, add the remaining cream and mix it well.
Garnish it with little more coriander.
Cook it for a few minutes more and our dish is ready to be served.
Switch off the flame and take it out on a serving plate.
