This is keto-friendly, gluten-free and vegan.
1 cauliflower washed and riced in a blender, food processor or using a grater.
1/4 cup of cilantro
1 hot pepper
4-6 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of grated ginger
2 pimento peppers
1 stalk of celery (with leaves)
2 stalks of chive/scallion
2 bandhania/shadon beni/culantro leaves
dash of soy sauce (to your preference)
drizzle of sesame oil
salt & black pepper
coconut oil (or any other nut oils)
