Hopefully this video is helpful to those of you that may be nervous going into a gym for the first time. I've outlined the basic parts of the gym, as well as tips for where to start and what to do. My biggest advice is to not worry about whether or not other people are looking at you - I promise that they're not! Just go in, do your thing, and crush it!
