Keto Idali:

Ingredients:
-------------------
Egg – 2 Numbers.
Baking soda – 2 Pinches.
Salt as needed.
Coconut flour / grated coconut – 8 Tbspn.
Almond flour – 4 Tbspn.
Thick curd – 2-3 Tsp.

For coconut chutney:
---------------------------------
Grated coconut – ½ Cup.
Ginger – ½ inch piece.
Red chilly powder – ½ Tsp.
Coconut oil – 1 Tsp.
Mustard seeds – ½ Tsp,
Dry red chilly – 1 or 2
Curry leaves.
Salt.

Green salad:
---------------------
Capsicum
Cucumber.
Celery
Black pepper crushed – 1 Tsp.
Apple cider vinegar – 1 Tsp.
Salt.
Lemon juice.
